Automated email and task handling
Every service email is read by AI, split into the separate requests it contains, matched to the right client, routed to the right person by workload and fit, and turned into a task with its attachments filed. Voicemails are transcribed and handled the same way.
Automated certificates of insurance
AI checks each certificate request against the client's actual policies, endorsements and the holder's requirements. Certificates that pass a fixed series of safety checks are generated and sent with no human touch; anything uncertain goes to a person with the reason. ACORD 25, 24, 27 and 28.
Smart paper and document ingestion
Drop in scanned mail or any document. AI reads it, works out what it is and what should happen, matches it to the client, and turns it into a task, a filed document or a client notice. Declarations pages become coverage on the policy.
